Spring 09
Press work for a company that makes top quality beefburgers out of Wagyu Beef, which is recognised as being the finest Beef in the world. Also press work for a company that sells gift plants. Completed website for a writer in Northumberland, all images provided, plus an online video of readings up at Hadrians Wall.
Autumn 08./Winter 08/09
Press work for a Hemp company, gardenandgreen.co.uk a site I run as an editorial website gets over 160,000 page views in 2008.
Summer 08
Press work for a dating site in London and Miami, an eco gadget for homes and business. Editorial work for a garden publisher, writing and taking stock photos of countryside and horticulture. Press work for a national franchise of petsitters. Press work for a luxury yacht that offers trips around the Greek Islands. Press work for a travel gadget for comfortable sleeping during flights. Press work for a luxury development at Lake Maggigore, Italy.
Apr 08
Press work for a luxury historical Chateau Hotel near the Loire Valley. Also for a tourism business in the Cognac region. Photos at the Great North Run Hall of Fame Awards Dinner at the Hilton, a spring fashion show in the Tyne Valley and the Variety Club Spring Ball at the Gosforth Marriott. Opening of a new exhibition at the Shipley Art Gallery by Wayne Hemingway and a Peruvian themed ball at Close House, Northumberland. Also a property shoot in Ayrshire, Scotland. Press work to raise the profile of properties in the South Tuscany, which are due to benefit from a new civilian airport opening. Photos at The Rainbow Trust Ball, The National Fishmongers Federation Presidents dinner at Matfen Hall and a fashion show for Jules B & The Conservatory at Louis Restaurant, Jesmond.
Mar 08
Press work for a company running course in chairmaking and a beer festival in East Anglia. Photography at the Anderson & Garland Fine Art Auction preview evening. Also at Allendale Cricket Club annual fundraiser, the opening night of Caffe Vivo, a new Terry Laybourne restaurant at the Live Theatre and a fashion show at Barn Asia. 6 Nations celebration dinner with the Newcastle Falcons- Jonny Wilkinson, Toby Flood, Jamie Noon etc. Market research work for a national education body.
Feb 08
Press writing and research work for a French holiday company, and a company that sells Learner Driver packs. Photos at the Hilton Hotel of Bobby Robson receiving an award for his work for St Cuthberts Care from Alan Shearer, the opening of The Society of Wildlife Artists national exhibition at FiFieFoFum Gallery in the Tyne Valley, re-opening of Barluga bar on Grey Street and The Heart Ball at Gosforth Park Marriott Hotel, which raises money for heart charities.
